某大型商业综合体消防设计探讨

摘要

针对某大型商业综合体建筑步行街消防设计存在的难点,如防火分区面积过大、首层疏散距离过长等不符合消防规范的问题,提出店铺内采用防火玻璃加喷淋保护及设置亚安全区的消防解决方案,并利用FDS进行模拟评估,验证该方案在消防设施完好有效的情况下,可以保证建筑内人员的安全疏散.研究结果可以为类似建筑的消防设计提供参考.%Based on the difficulties in fire safety design of pedestri-an street in a large commercial complex such as overlarge fire com-partment area and overlong evacuation distance on the first floor, proposed the corresponding countermeasures including fire-resis-tant glass plus sprinkler in the units and setting of sub-safety area, and FDS was used to assess the safety of the plan. It was proved that under the condition of fire facilities in good condition, the plan could ensure the safety of people. The study could give references for the fire safety design of the similar projects.
