一起较大亡人火灾调查与思考

摘要

Taking the "8·17" large dead fire accident in a city as an example,based on the field survey, the fire cause was identified combined with presumption of fact method.This paper analyzes how to use the fact presumption method to better investigate and analyze the causes under the condition of lack of direct evidence, and to promote fire prevention measures and fire safety publicity through the analysis of the causes of disasters.%以某市"8.17"较大亡人火灾事故为案例,基于现场勘验情况,结合事实推定方法分析火灾事故原因.分析在缺少直接证据的条件下如何运用事实推定方法更好地对火灾发生的原因及灾害成因进行调查分析,并通过灾害成因分析反向推进防火措施制定、消防安全宣传等工作.
