基于模糊层次分析法的非致命防暴弹作战效能评估

摘要

In view of the operational effectiveness assessment of Non-lethal anti-riot bomb,the fuzzy theory is used to explore. First of all,based on the essential characteristics of Non-lethal anti-riot bomb,the operational effectiveness evaluation index system is put forward. And then,the analytic hierarchy process is used to indicate each factor’s weight distribution of the index system,using fuzzy theory and distinguish qualitative indexes and quantitative indexes,determined the fuzzy evaluation matrix. Finally,the grade method is introduced,using the weighted average algorithm to quantitative operational effectiveness. And through the analysis of examples given Non-lethal anti-riot bomb operational efficiency score,comparing the two kinds of model types of Non-lethal anti-riot bomb operational efficiency of the advantages and disadvantages,it is concluded that the results tally with the actual situation.%针对非致命防暴弹作战效能评估的问题，运用模糊理论进行了探索。首先，立足于非致命防暴弹的本质特性，提出了其作战效能评估指标体系。然后，运用层次分析法给指标体系的各因素分配权重，应用模糊理论区分定性指标和定量指标，确定模糊评判矩阵。最后，引入打分法，用加权平均算法来量化作战效能。并通过实例分析给出的非致命防暴弹作战效能的分数值，比较了两种型号种类的非致命防暴弹作战效能的优劣，得出了符合实际情况的结果。
