大型风机叶片用环氧树脂固化动力学研究

         

摘要

本文对目前国内大型风机叶片生产中使用量较大的树脂体系固化反应动力学进行了研究,根据不同升温速率下的非等温DSC曲线,依照Kissinger方程和Crane方程,分别计算了反应活化能和反应级数、指前因子。计算结果显示,RIM135/RIM137H树脂体系的表观活化能是51.48 kJ/mol,反应级数为0.8863。同时,给出了该树脂体系的固化参考工艺温度和固化动力学模型。%This paper was mainly reasearch about epoxy resin curing kinetics which are widely used in blade manufac -ture.According to the non -isothermal DSC data of different heating rate ,the reaction activation energy ,reaction order and pre-exponential factor were calculated by Kissinger and Crane equation .The results showed that the apparent activation en-ergy of RIM135/RIM137H epoxy system was 51.48 kJ/mol,the reaction order was 0.886 3.Meanwhile ,the curing process temperature and kinetics model were given in the end .
