应用导电漆提高电火工品防静电能力

         

摘要

将导电漆应用于电火工防静电中 ,根据电火工品导线和壳体间涂覆导电漆层的电阻、桥丝电阻和绝缘电阻及静电测试状态 ,给出电火工品导线和壳体间涂覆导电漆的简化电路和静电放电等效电路 ;介绍了在电火工品导线和壳体间涂覆导电漆作为保护通道的防静电原理和导电漆层电阻控制范围的计算方法.某电雷管应用导电漆前后发火感度对比和加严考核试验结果表明 ,电火工品导线与壳体间涂覆导电漆后能有效提高电火工品的防静电能力 ,且对发火感度无影响.%This paper analyzes when conductive paint is applied to electric antistatic device , according to the resistance between EED wire and shell -coated conductive paint layer , bridge wire resistance and insula-tion resistance and the electrostatic static test state , how to get the simplified circuit and electrostatic dis-charge equivalent circuit between the EED wire and shell -coated conductive paint layer ;introduces the antistatic principle given the protection channel between the EED wire and shell -coated conductive paint layer and the calculation method of conductive paintlayer resistance control . Before and after the electric detonator ignition sensitivity comparison of application of conductive paint and strictappraisaltest results show that , the coated conductive paint between EED wire and the shell can effectively improve the anti-static abilityof EED without influencing on the ignition sensitivity .
