针对近年来铁合金市场上对低硅、低铝、低氧等高纯金属铬的需求越来越大,而受到生产工艺流程及设施方面的限制,很难生产出Si≤0.1%以下的低硅金属铬状况,目前金属铬含Si主要在0.2%~0.25%之间,不符合市场上对低硅金属铬的需求。主要论述生产高纯金属铬的实验室研究方法,结果表明:采用硫酸中和铬酸钠后,产品中硅、铝含量降低明显,符合高纯金属铬要求,可实行工业化生产。%In recent years, the demand for high pure metallic chromium with low silicon, low aluminum and hypoxia is bigger and bigger in ferroalloy market. Due to the limit of production technology process and facilities,it is very difficult to produce low silicon metallic chromium with Si≤0.1%. At present, Si content in metallic chromium is 0.2%~0.25%and does not conform to the market demand for low silicon chromium metal. Therefore, laboratory methods are mainly dis-cussed in this paper. The result shows that after using sulfuric acid and sodium chromate, the silicon and aluminum con-tent of products decrease significantly and comply with the requirements of high purity chromium, it can implement in-dustrial production.
