多元易发泡型复合乳化剂乳化炸药的制备

摘要

A new kind of multi-element foaming composite emulsifying agent (DGN emulsifying agent) , which has water-soluble and oil-soluble surfactant molecules, was introduced. At the effect of DGN emulsifying agent, few ammonium nitrate molecules in the solution of inner phase could transfer to external phase, react with nitrite ( NO2- ) in sodium nitrite solution and bring out nitrogen bubbles ( N2) , sensitizing the emulsified bases to emulsion explosive. It owns the advantages of stable emulsified bases, good detonation performance and waterproof property, eliminating the non-uniform mixing problem in chemical sensitization.%文章论述了一种多元易发泡型复合乳化剂,它含水溶性和油溶性两种类型的乳化剂,能将内相中硝酸铵溶液极个别硝酸铵分子外移至外相,与亚硝酸钠水溶液NO-2相遇后,即产生气泡(N2),使乳胶基质敏化成乳化炸药,消除了化学敏化中二元敏化、后效及混合不均匀的问题.
