大学生创新性实验计划项目管理模式探讨

摘要

Innovative experiment project for college students,as an important part of college quality engineering system, plays a positive role in promoting training of innovative talents. The problems which are produced in the process of management are analyzed. This paper suggests that the whole process management mode should be applied in the management of innovative experiment project for college students, on the basis of analyzing the disadvantages of target management mode. The management implementation of innovative experiment project for college students in Jinan University is introduced, and the optimizing approaches to the whole process management are proposed.%针对大学生创新性实验计划项目现行管理办法执行中容易出现的问题进行了分析,在分析目标管理模式及其存在问题的基础上,提出应对大学生创新性实验计划项目的实施过程采用全过程管理模式,介绍了暨南大学国家大学生创新性实验项目过程管理实施情况,提出了全过程管理模式的优化途径.
