This paper focuses on analyzing the relationship between the delicacy management and execution force.Through the preliminary practice,This paper elaborates on the current situation of the laboratories.This paper mainly discusses the following three points:establishing a system of delicacy management,making a specification operating procedures of delicacy management and exploring the demand for services.The delicacy management is significant for the technicians to enhance their execution force.%通过对精细化管理与执行力关系的研究和对高校实验室现状的分析,结合首都医科大学实验室管理实践,从制定精细化管理制度、规范精细化操作规程和探索精细化需求服务3方面,论述了精细化管理对提升高校实验技术人员执行力的重要性.从管理制度、操作规程、技术服务3方面提出实验室精细化管理的原则和具体做法.
