对高校科研管理人员素质培养的研究

高校既是传授知识、更新知识的重要阵地,又是开展最前沿科研工作的重要基地.随着国家对科研工作的投入不断加大,科研项目越来越多,交叉学科的领域不断拓宽,这对高校科研管理人员提出了更高的要求.为运用全新的管理理念和工作思路,必须加强高校科研管理人员业务素质和综合能力的培养,切实做好高校科研管理工作.%The university is an important platform of delivering and updating knowledge, as well as keeping its research on the cutting edge of world scientific development. The research management personnel need to meet the higher requirements with increasing research projects and investment, and deepening interaction of interdisciplinary areas. To apply new management concepts, the training of ideological quality and comprehensive ability of the research management personnel must be strengthened, and the feasible effort to improve the research management should be made.
