利用Hydra IIC型汞分析仪建立了人参中汞含量的分析方法。人参直接称样后,无需任何前处理,5 min内即可完成汞含量的测定。该方法的线性范围0~230 ng ,相关系数优于0.999,检出限0.0025 ng ,相对标准偏差(n=5)为1.33%,加标回收率为113.7~119.1%。用土壤标准物质GSS-5验证,测定值均在标准值范围内。此方法具有灵敏度高、精密度好、回收率高、简单省时、无需样品前处理等优点,适用于人参中汞含量的分析。%An analysis method for Hg content in ginseng was established by using Hydra IIC mercury analyzer . The Hg content was detected in 5 min without any pretreatment ,which was carried out by using ginseng directly .This method performs well ,of which the linear range was 0-230 ng , the correlation coefficient reached beyond 0 .999 ,the detection limit was 0 .0025 ng ,the relative standard deviation (n=5) was 1 .33%and the recovery rate attained to 113 .7-119 .1% .The confirmatory experiments were executed by using soil standard substance GSS-5 ,and the results were within the scope of the standard value ,consequently .The so-established method has many advantages ,such as high sensitivity ,good precision ,high recovery rate ,time saving ,pretreatment free and so on ,which is suitable for Hg content analysis within ginseng .
