电子信息大类招生模式下实验平台与队伍建设

摘要

分析当前电子信息大类招生和培养模式下实验平台和实验队伍建设存在的问题，提出实验平台的优化配置和实验队伍建设的方法。将实验平台分成基础性、综合性和创新性三大部分进行建设；从提高认识、完善体制、提升能力、抓好转型4个方面，探讨实验队伍建设。为学生实验实践能力培养奠定坚实基础，为应用创新型人才培养中的实验平台和队伍建设提供参考。%The problems of experimental platform and experimental technology team under the recruitment mode and training in broad categories for electronic information are analyzed .The methods for optimal allocation of experimental platform and construction of experimental technology team are presented .The construction of experimental platform is divided into three parts ,which are called basic ,synthetic and innovative platforms . The construction of experimental technology team is discussed from four aspects ,which are called raising awareness ,perfecting system ,improving ability ,and paying special attention to the transition .The methods will lay a solid foundation for training experimental practice ability of students ,and provide references for experimental platform and team construction in the training of innovative talents .
