如何通过生物体系来解决化学难题是化学生物学的新领域之一。活细胞合成CdSe量子点是利用活酵母细胞作为反应器,通过调控细胞的生长周期来耦合细胞内不相关的两条生化反应途径,使其在活酵母细胞内发生反应,通过将传统的 CdSe 量子点合成方法中涉及到的繁琐危险的化学操作演变为仅仅‘喂养’细胞,即可获得闪闪发光的CdSe量子点。该方法成功地建立了一个通过生物体系来解决化学难题的范例,并且实验方法温和安全,实验结果具有展示性,适合于课堂教学。%Utilizing biosystems to solve the problems of chemistry is one of the new courses in chemical biology.By contriving to couple unrelated intracellular biochemical reactions in an appropriate space and time sequence,the controllable biosythesis of fluorescent CdSe QDs at mild condition has been realized j ust by incubating yeast cells at 30°C.This strategy is a good example of how the biological systems can address some of the problems associated with traditional methods of chemical synthesis.This controllable and mild strategy is suitable for the chemical biology teaching.
