在新常态化背景下实现高校实验室功能最大化--以海南大学土地资源管理实验室为例

Under the economic and social development in the new normal status , the land resources management professional laboratory of Hainan University has been taking a positive innovation opening laboratory management and college students’ self management as the new mode of“Learning by Teaching ,”by using this gripper . By maximizing the function of real implementation of School of Politics & Public Administration of Hainan University ,it realizes the Hainan University “Two Powers” ,namely ,“To enhance students’ competitiveness and to expand influence of teachers .”%着重介绍了海南大学土地资源管理专业实验室在经济社会发展的新常态下，以实验实践为抓手，积极创新实验室开放管理与大学生自我管理等“教学相长”新模式，在发挥专业实验室功能最大化的同时，真正实现海南大学“两个力”，即“增强学生竞争力，扩大教师影响力”的发展目标。
