H PLC法同时测定黄芪中的5种黄酮类成分的含量--一种新的应用于药学实验分析方法

High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)technique is the compulsory courses of instrument analysis to undergraduates.The content determinations of more than 80% of Chinese herbs and preparations in the Chinese pharmacopoeia 2010 are using HPLC,so it is necessary to master the HPLC technique for training the pharmaceutical talents.The analysis of experimental method is established to simultaneous determination of five flavonoids’compounds in Radix Astragali by HPLC,and the method is simple and reproducible.It can be used as principles of quantitative analysis to flavonoids compounds of Radix Astragali,also as student analytical experiments of chemistry and preparation analysis in order to improve students grasping the technology of HPLC.%高效液相色谱技术是药学院本科生仪器分析的必修内容。采用高效液相色谱法同时测定黄芪中毛蕊异黄酮-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、芒柄花苷、毛蕊异黄酮、金雀异黄酮和芒柄花素的含量，该方法操作简便，重复性好，结果准确可靠，不仅用于黄芪药材中黄酮类成分的含量测定，也可用于药学院分析化学、制剂分析等学生实验，让学生掌握高效液相色谱技术。
