大学生深度参与高校实验室管理模式的研究

摘要

首先，通过发放调查问卷对大学生参与实验室管理的意愿进行了调查分析，阐述了大学生深度参与高校实验室管理的必要性。而后，进一步探讨了大学生深度参与高校实验室管理的工作内容及模式设计，论证了此模式的可行性，为高校实验室的管理提供了新的思路和模式。%Firstly,this paper analyzes the status of university students participation in university laboratory management.Secondly,the willingness of university students deeply participating in laboratory management is analyzed through collecting surveys and the necessity of that is discussed.Finally,this paper analyzes the work of university students deeply participating in university laboratory management and proves the feasibility of the mode.Therefore,the proposed mode is new and effective for the university laboratory management.
