The anodic aluminum oxide template is prepared by the electrochemical method,the structural morphology of anodic aluminum oxide is regulated and controlled by the voltage waveform and the oxidation period,the anodic alumina films with different morphologies are prepared,and the effect of the morphology of anodic alumina on the optical properties is analyzed.Based on the equal-electric field model,and from the point of view of space charge,the cause of the microstructure of the above sample is analyzed in detail,and the correctness of the equal electric field theory is further proved.%利用电化学方法制备阳极氧化铝模板,通过改变电压波形和氧化周期调控阳极氧化铝的结构形貌,制备出形貌各异的阳极氧化铝薄膜,并分析了阳极氧化铝形貌对其光学性质的影响.基于等电场模型,从空间电荷角度出发,详细分析了上述样品微结构的产生原因,进一步证实了等电场理论的正确性.
