基于工程能力的'农副产品加工技术'实践教学改革与应用

         

摘要

Aiming at the current "processing technology of agricultural products" experimental project and of limited time, single content and form of practical teaching, backward teaching concept, the actual teaching effect and expected teaching effect have a large gap.The framework of the practical teaching system of "processing technology of agricultural products" based on engineering capacity was constructed.The design ideas and operation modes of comprehensive development practice teaching are expounded.At last, the mode was applied in "processing technology of agricultural products".The result shows that it has achieved a good effect.The comprehensive practice and innovation abilities and engineering attainment for the students are improved.%针对当前"农副产品加工技术"实验项目与学时有限, 实践教学内容与形式单一, 教学理念落后, 实际教学效果与预期教学效果差距较大等问题, 构建了基于工程能力的"农副产品加工技术"实践教学体系的框架, 阐述了综合拓展实践教学的设计思路及运行模式.并将这种教学模式应用于"农副产品加工技术"综合实践教学中, 取得了良好的教学效果, 提高了学生的综合实践能力、创新能力及工程素养.
