快速鉴定培养药敏试剂盒在阴道白色念珠菌药敏试验中的应用效果

摘要

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the application efficacy of rapid identification culturing and chemosensitivity kit in susceptibility test of candida albicans in feminine vagina.METHODS:205 cases of vaginal secretions admitted into the outpatient department of Jiangmen People's Hospital were detected by rapid identification culturing and chemosensitivity kit. RESULTS:173 strains of candida albicans were isolated from 205 cases of vaginal secretions,the positive rate was 84.39%;the sensibility of clotrimazole to candida albicans took the lead of the 9 antifungal agents (93.06%,161/173),followed by fluconazole (79.19%,137/173),ketoconazole (71.10%,123/173);the drug resistance rate of nystatin was [75.72%(131/173)].CONCLUSIONS:The rapid identification culturing and chemosensitivity kit is simple to operate and requires less time, and has significant importance in the early judgment and the formulation of proper treatment program.It is worthy of clinical promotion.%目的：探讨快速鉴定培养药敏试剂盒在阴道白色念珠菌药敏试验中的应用效果。方法：对江门市人民医院门诊205例念珠菌性阴道炎患者的阴道分泌物采用快速鉴定培养药敏试剂盒进行鉴定和直接药敏试验。结果：205例患者的阴道分泌物中，共173例检出白色念珠菌，检出阳性率为84.39％；9种抗真菌药中，克霉唑对白色念珠菌的敏感性最高（93.06％，161／173），其次分别为氟康唑（79.19％，137／173）、酮康唑（71.10％，123／173）；制霉菌素的耐药率为75.72％（131／173）。结论：快速鉴定培养药敏试剂盒具有操作简单、试验耗时短等优势，对病原菌的及早判断与制订正确的治疗方案具有重要意义，值得临床推广。
