临床药师参与老年癌性疼痛患者规范化治疗的药学实践

摘要

目的:探讨临床药师在老年癌性疼痛患者规范化治疗中的作用.方法:临床药师参与1例老年晚期胃癌患者癌性疼痛的规范化治疗,协助医师完善患者个体化治疗方案,并指导合理用药.结果及结论:临床药师积极发挥自身优势,协助临床医师制订和优化了治疗方案,提高了患者治疗依从性及治疗效果,保证了临床合理用药.%OBJECTIVE:To probe into the effect of clinical pharmacists in standardized treatment of cancer pain in elderly patients. METHODS:Clinical pharmacists took participation in one case of standardized treatment on cancer pain in elderly patients with terminal gastric cancer, gave assistance to clinicians in the perfection of individualized therapeutic regimen, and gave guidance to rational medication. RESULTS&CONCLUSIONS:Clinical pharmacists have given active play to self-advantages, given assistance to clinicians in the formulating and perfection of therapeutic regimen, promoted the treatment compliance and efficacy of patients, so as to improve clinical rational drug application.
