七制香附丸联合坤灵丸、金刚藤胶囊治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的疗效观察

摘要

目的:探讨七制香附丸联合坤灵丸、金刚藤胶囊治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的疗效.方法:选取2014年8月-2016年12月新郑市人民医院收治的输卵管阻塞性不孕症患者90例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组45例.对照组患者给予坤灵丸联合金刚藤胶囊治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用七制香附丸治疗.观察两组患者的全血高切黏度、纤维蛋白原水平、卵巢动脉搏动指数、阻力指数及临床疗效.结果:治疗后,两组患者全血高切黏度、纤维蛋白原水平及卵巢动脉搏动指数、阻力指数均明显低于治疗前,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者的总有效率为91.11%(41/45),明显高于对照组的71.11%(32/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:七制香附丸联合坤灵丸、金刚藤胶囊治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的疗效显著,可有效改善血液流变学指标,改善输卵管周围的血液供应情况,起到减轻炎症、促进输卵管通畅的作用.%OBJECTIVE:To probe into the efficacy of Qizhixiangfu pills combined with Kunling pills and Jingangteng capsules in treatment of tubal obstruction infertility. METHODS:90 patients with tubal obstruction infertility admitted into Xinzheng People`s Hospital from Aug. 2014 to Dec. 2016 were extracted to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table, with 45 cases in each. The control group was given Kunling pills and Jingangteng capsules, while the observation group additionally received Qizhixiangfu pills based on the control group. The whole high blood viscosity, fibrinogen level, ovarian aortic pulse indicators, resistance indicators and clinical efficacy of two groups were observed. RESULTS:After treatment, the whole high blood viscosity, fibrinogen level, ovarian aortic pulse indicators and resistance indicators of two groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment, and the observation group was lower than that of control group, with statically significant difference(P<0.05). The total effective rate of observation group was 91.11%(41/45), significantly higher than that of control group [71.11%(32/45)], with statically significant difference(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of Qizhixiangfu pills combined with Kunling pills and Jingangteng capsules in treatment of tubal obstruction infertility is remarkable, which can effectively improve the blood rheological indicators and the blood supply around the fallopian tube, so as to reduce inflammation and promote the effects of fallopian tube recanalization.
