右美托咪定对椎管内麻醉手术患者应激反应的影响

摘要

目的:探讨右美托咪定对椎管内麻醉手术患者应激反应的影响.方法:选取2015年8月—2016年7月宜都市第一人民医院收治的手术患者82例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组41例.所有患者均行椎管内麻醉,对照组患者给予丙泊酚,观察组患者给予右美托咪定.观察两组患者给药前后听觉诱发电位指数(auditory evoked potential index,AAI)变化和不良反应发生情况.结果:给药前,两组患者AAI的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);给药30、60 min后及术后,观察组患者AAI明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05 ); after administration of 30, 60 min and after surgery , the AAI of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group , with statistically significant difference ( P <0.05 ) .The incidence of adverse drug reactions of observation group was 9.8％(4/41), significantly lower than that of control group 24.4％(10/41), with statistically significant difference ( P <0.05 ) . CONCLUSIONS: The application of dexmedetomidine can effectively control the stress response in patients undergoing spinal anesthesia surgery , stabilize the AAI with fewer adverse drug reactions .
