波峰焊接工艺中治具的设计

摘要

波峰焊接工艺中，治具起到了很重要的辅助作用，它有助于提高焊接品质，保护和支撑PC B 及其元器件，实现连续生产，减轻工人的劳动强度等。从制作材料，工艺设计，维修保养等几个方面，介绍波峰焊治具的相关知识。%In w ave soldering process,the fixture plays a great supporting role,and it helps to im prove soldering quality,protect and sustain PC B and its com ponents,achieve continuous production and reduce the labor intensity of w orkers.From the aspects of m aterials,process design,m aintenance and other parts,this paper introduces related know ledge of w ave soldering fixture.
