铁碳微电解法处理霜脲氰废水的实验研究

         

摘要

为了解决霜脲氰农药废水难以直接生化降解的难题,采用铁碳微电解法对霜脲氰农药废水进行预处理,实验结果表明,废水初始pH值、铁碳比、铁碳填料投加量和反应时间对实验结果均产生直接影响.霜脲氰废水的最佳处理条件为:pH值为2,铁碳比为3∶1,投加量为1L废水280 g,反应时间80 min.COD去除率为47.95%,CN-去除率为39.75%,ρ(B)/ρ(C)达到0.20 ~ 0.25间,大大提高了霜脲氰废水的可生化性,表明铁碳微电解法可作为霜脲氰废水的预处理方法,为霜脲氰废水的预处理工艺提供新思路.%In order to solve the problem of the cymoxanil wastewater which is difficult to be directly biochemical degradated, the iron—carbon micro—electrolysis was used. The experimental results indicated that wastewater initial pH, the ratio of Iron/Carbon, the quantity of Iron-Carbon packing and reaction time all have a direct impact of the experimental results. Under the optimum conditions that pH was 2, Fe : C was 3:1, reaction time was 80 min, the removal rate of COD was 47.95% and the removal ratio of effluent 's CN" was 39.75%, the ratio of B/C reaches 0.20 ~ 0.25, the pretreatment can greatly improve biodeqradability of cyanide wastewater. The results showed that the method of iron—carbon micro—electrolysis can be used as the pretreatment methods of cyanide wastewater, and provide new ideas for cyanide wastewater pretreatment.
