介绍了好氧生化-化学沉淀工艺在有机磷阻燃剂废水工程中的实际应用.分析并总结了工程设计及运行的经验.实践表明,经好氧生化-化学沉淀工艺处理后,废水中COD、挥发酚、总磷、石油类的平均去除率分别可达到94.01%,99.93%,97.79%,91.08%,处理出水中COD、甲苯、挥发酚、总磷、石油类的平均质量浓度分别为135,<0.05,0.057,13.25,2.88 mg/L.该工艺具有运行稳定和处理效率高等优点,为企业带来了良好的社会效益.%This paper introduces the practical application of aerobic biochemical-chemical precipitation technology in organic-phosphoric flame retardants effluent project,analyzes and summarizes the experience of engineering design and operation. It's shown by practice that after the treatment of aerobic biochemical-chemical precipitation technology,the average removal rate of COD,volatile phenol,TP,petroleum of effluent is 94.01%,99.93%,97.79%,91.08% respectively. The average concentration of COD,toluene,volatile phenol,TP,petroleum of effluent is 135,not detected,0.057,13.25,2.88 mg/L respectively. This technology has the advantages of stable operation and high treatment efficiency,which makes good social benefits to the enterprise.
