光伏含氟废水实验研究及工程实例

         

摘要

以光伏废水为研究对象,采用两级混凝沉淀法对含氟废水进行处理.通过小试实验研究了pH值对两级除氟效果的影响,同时研究了硫酸铝的投加量对除氟效果的影响,并根据实验结果应用于工程实例中.实验结果表明:一级钙盐除氟法最佳反应pH值为8.0,二级铝盐除氟法最佳反应pH值范围为6.0~7.5,硫酸铝最佳投药量为ρ(Al2(SO4)3):ρ(F-)=20:1.工程实例表明,通过两级混凝沉淀处理后,出水F-质量浓度可以稳定达到8 mg/L,满足废水排放标准.%Fluoride removal from photovoltaic wastewater by using two stage coagulation sedimentation method was studied. The influence of pH and aluminum sulfate dosage on fluoride removal was studied by experimental methods. The results were also applied in the project Practice. The results showed that the optimum reaction pH of the first coagulation sedimentation was 8, and the best pH of the aluminum coagulation sedimentation was between 6.0~7.5. The optional dosage of Al2(SO4)3 wasρ(Al2(SO4)3):ρ(F)=20:1. The practice proved that the fluoride of outflow can reach to 8 mg/L after two stage coagulation sedimentation, which could meet the discharge standard.
