浙江、上海环境污染第三方治理经验及对云南的启示

环境污染第三方治理当下正逐渐成为国内环境污染治理的主流趋势，浙江省、上海市在国内较早开展了环境污染第三方治理，取得了较好的成效。对浙江、上海的环境污染第三方治理工作进行调研，总结其成功经验，为云南省第三方治理市场建设提供经验借鉴与启示。%Currently,third-party environmental pollution control has become the main trend of domestic environ-mental pollution control.Zhejiang and Shanghai were the pioneer regions to carry out third -party environmental pollution control practices.They have obtained some achievements.This paper summarized the practices and expe-riences of Zhejiang and Shanghai,which would provide reference and inspiration inthethird-party market buildin-ginYunnan.
