基于无线传感网络的产品化学污染物检测系统设计研究

         

摘要

利用基于MS和基于HPLC为代表的两种传统系统对工业生产过程中产生的化学污染物进行检测,检测准确性较低.针对上述问题,设计一个基于无线传感网络的产品化学污染物检测系统.该系统通过传感器采集化学污染物信息数据,其次利用无线通信芯片将数据信息传输给ARM处理器,然后在ARM处理器中对数据进行分析并输出检测结果,最后再次利用无线通信芯片将结果传输给触控面板,方便用户查阅.结果表明:利用该系统进行化学污染物检测,比基于MS和基于HPLC的传统系统检测准确性分别提高6. 1%和11. 2% ,为环境污染的有效治理提供了助力.%Two traditional systems based on MS and HPLC are used to detect chemical pollutants produced in industrial pro-duction process, and the detection accuracy is low. To solve the above problems, a product chemical pollutant detection system based on wireless sensor network is designed. The system collects chemical pollutant information data through sensor hardware platform. Secondly, the data information is transmitted to ARM processor by wireless communication chip. Then, the data is ana-lyzed in ARM processor and the test results are output. Finally, the result is transmitted to touch panel by wireless communication chip again, which is convenient for users to consult. The results show that the accuracy of chemical pollutant detection by this sys-tem is 6. 1% and 11. 2% higher than that of traditional system based on MS and HPLC, respectively, which provides a boost for the effective control of environmental pollution.
