江苏省生活垃圾处理产业发展政策研究

摘要

基于江苏省生活垃圾处理产业现状，从行政体制、市场行为、产业分布等方面分析了产业发展的关键制约因素，明确了产业规划、资金投入、政策引导以及体制创新在产业发展中的重要地位，结合产业发展实际需求，提出了促进产业转型发展的政策研究方向。%Based on industry status of domestic waste treatment in Jiangsu, the key restraining factors of its industry development were analyzed from the administrative system, market behavior and industry distribution. The important position of industrial planning, investment, policy guidance, and institutional innovation in the industrial development was confirmed. Combining with the actual demand of industry development, the direction of policy research to promote the development of industrial transformation was put forward .
