石化二级出水深度处理及回用技术研究进展

         

摘要

近年来,我国石化行业的发展速度不断加快,造成工业用水量及废水排放量日益增长,这已成为影响我国石化行业发展的两大瓶颈问题.针对石化二级出水进行深度处理及回用已势在必行.石化二级出水水质复杂,难降解组分较多,COD浓度较高.为了提高石化废水处理后的出水水质,符合回用水水质标准,以膜技术和高级氧化技术等为主的深度处理及回用技术得以广泛研究.文章在综述石化二级出水深度处理技术发展过程的基础上,重点介绍了膜、高级氧化、活性炭吸附、高级氧化与膜或生物的组合等新技术,并结合处理技术发展方向与趋势,对石化二级出水深度处理及回用技术的研究方向和实用化前景进行了展望.%Nowadays, China'spetrochemical industry is developed rapidly, leading to the increasing growth of water consumption and wastewater discharge that are already regarded as the two major limitations on the development of China's petrochemical industry. Therefore, it is necessary to deeply treat and reuse the petrochemical secondary effluent. The petrochemical secondary effluent has been proved to contain high concentrations of refractory substances and COD. In order to improve the water quality of the effluent to meet the requirements of the national guidelines and standards for wastewater reuse, membrane technology and advanced oxidation process have been extensively developed in the recent years. On the basis of the review of the technical development of deep treatment and reuse of the petrochemical secondary effluent, in this paper, focuses are put on a variety of methods for removing the pollutants from the petrochemical secondary effluent including membrane separations, advanced oxidation process, activated carbon adsorption, advanced oxidation process combining with membrane process or bio-treatment technology. In combination with the development orientation and trend of the treatment technologies, research direction and prospects of the practical application of these technologies are also covered.
