糙皮侧耳降解碱木素的动力学研究

         

摘要

The degradation kinetics of alkali lignin by Pleurotus ostreatus Bl (a kind of white-rot fungi) was studied. The growth kinetic model of Pleurotus ostreatus under the conditions of pure cultivation and cultivation with alkali lignin existence was established based on Logistic equation. The parameters of the model are 0. 94 d-1 and 0. 90 d-1. The changes of biomass in the system can be preferably simulated with this model, and the average relative errors are 3.2% and 3.4% respectively. The substrate has an inhibition effect on the degradation of low concentration alkali lignin by Pleurotus ostreatus Bl. The substrate inhibition kinetic model was obtained. The maximum specific degradation rate of alkali lignin is 1. 46 h-1, the substrate saturation constant is 36. 7 mg/L, and the substrate inhibition constant is 308.30 mg/L.%对糙皮侧耳B1(白腐真菌的一种)降解碱木素的动力学进行了研究.基于Logistic方程,建立了糙皮侧耳B1在纯培养条件和碱木素存在条件下的生长动力学模型.动力学模型参数分别为0.94d-1和0.90d-1.该模型能够较好地模拟体系中生物量的变化,平均相对误差分别为3.2%和3.4%.糙皮侧耳B1对低浓度碱木素的降解存在底物抑制现象,建立了底物抑制动力学模型,碱木素的最大比降解速率为1.46h-1,底物饱和常数为36.7 mg/L,底物抑制常数为308.30mg/L.
