硫化沉淀-石灰中和工艺处理矿山酸性废水

摘要

采用硫化沉淀-石灰中和工艺处理矿山酸性废水.实验结果表明,在硫化钠加入量为 0.80 g/L,反应时间为 15 min 的条件下,经硫化沉淀处理后,Cu 回收率可达 99.96%,Fe 沉淀率为 7.92%,达到了铜铁分离的目的.再经石灰中和处理后的矿山酸性废水达到 GB8978-1996<污水综合排放标准>的一级排放标准,可回用于生产系统或达标排放.%Acid mine wastewater was treated by sulfide precipitation - lime neutralization process. In the sulfide precipitation with sodium sulfide dosage 0. 80 g/L and reaction time 15 min, the recovery rate of Cu and the precipitation rate of Fe can reach 99.96％ and 7. 92％ respectively, it indicates that Cu and Fe can be removed effectively. After lime neutralization, the treated acid mine wastewater can meet the first grade discharge standards of GB8978 - 1996, and can be reused in production or discharged.
