This paper studied the determination of 12 metals in soil and sediment by microwave digestion and ICP-MS. Therninternal standard solution was Indium of 20. 0 μg/L. The mixture of HNO3-HF-H2O2 was used of the best disgestion reagent. Therndetection limits of the 12 mentals were between 0. 003-0. 2 >μg/g and all the relative standard deviation were less than 6. 1 % . Thernmethod had been applied to the determination of the 12 mentals in National Standard Reference soil samples and the results werernin agreement with the certified values. The method is rapid, simple with good accuracy and precision. It can be applied to therndetermination of soil and sediment samples.%以20.0 μg/L铟作内标,采用硝酸-氢氟酸-过氧化氢体系微波消解,ICP-MS(电感耦合等离子体质谱法)同时测定土壤和底泥中的12种金属元素,各元素方法检出限为0.003~0.2μg/g,相对标准偏差小于6.1%,土壤标准样品的测定值与标准值吻合.方法简便快捷,灵敏度高,重现性好,是分析大批量土壤和底泥样品中多元素的可靠、高效方法.
