微生物传感器快速测定水中BOD的分析研究

摘要

In this paper,220B BOD rapid determination of standard samples and water samples were measured by BOD,and compared with the five day biochemical dilution method.Based on the analysis of a large number of samples,the advantages and disadvantages of the rapid determination method of microbial sensor for the determination of BOD compared with the five day biochemical dilution inoculation method were expounded.%本文采用220B型BOD快速测定仪对标准样品及水样实际样品进行BOD快速测定,并与五日生化稀释接种法进行了比对分析.在大量样品分析的基础上,阐述了微生物传感器快速测定法测定BOD与五日生化稀释接种法相比存在的优缺点.
