基于企业最高决策层下的战略决策有效性研究

摘要

High-quality corporate strategy should provide help and guide for t he development of enterprises,and ensure the corporate strategy not to depart f rom the strategic formulation concept in principle,among which the personal fac tors of the top-management are the most important factors.The decision-making characteristics and hoc decision methods of top-management will largely affect the quality of an enterprise＇s existing strategy.Concerning on the grasp of th e strategy quality,the top-management of enterprises needs to focus on followi ng issues： keep an open line of thought,pay close attention to the resources av ailable,make strategic structure as simple as possible,ensure the right strate gic direction,maintain a calm mentality of decision-making,be able to bring t eam decision-making into play,and keep attention to the turbulent environment and strive to match the enterprises with it.%高品质企业战略既要能为企业发展提供帮助与指导,还要能在原则上不背离战略制定的理念,而这其中企业最高决策层的个人因素最为重要。企业最高决策层的决策特点和临机决断方式在很大程度上会影响企业既有的战略品质。对战略品质的把握,企业最高决策层应关注以下几个方面的问题：保持开放的思路;关注可用的资源;战略结构力求简单,战略方向力保明确;保持从容的决策心态,发挥团队决策的作用;对动荡的环境保持关注,并力求企业既有战略与之匹配。
