基于ARM与μCOS-II的试验机控制系统设计与研究

         

摘要

针对目前很多试验机控制系统以 MS51系列为 CPU、以单速度闭环为控制系统的现状,设计了以 Cortex-M3核CPU为硬件平台、以μCOS-II为操作系统的双闭环模糊 PID控制系统。介绍了系统的硬件构成,研究了位置闭环和速度闭环自动切换的双闭环控制,给出了系统的测试结果。结果表明,使用该系统的试验机在加载和保载时都有良好的效果。%According to actuality that the control system of most universal testing machine is still using MS5 1 series single-chip microcomputer as CPU,and the control mode is speed closed-loop, a novel double closed-loop control system with fuzzy PID is designed.The system is based on the hardware platform of Cortex-M3 core CPU and the operating system ofμCOS-II.Firstly,hard-ware configuration of the system is introduced,then the double control mode which switching be-tween the position closed-loop and speed closed-loop automatically is researched.Finally,the test result of the system is presented.The result indicates that the universal testing machine using the system to load and keep has a good effect.
