基于正交试验的空调面板翘曲变形工艺参数优化

         

摘要

以影响空调面板的3个工艺参数--熔体温度、模具温度及保压压力为设计变量,翘曲变形量为目标函数,利用正交试验,选用3因素5水平进行试验方案设计,利用Moldflow软件对各方案进行有限元分析,得到最佳工艺参数组合为:熔体温度270℃、模具温度60℃、保压压力70 MPa。结果表明,在最佳工艺参数组合下,空调面板的最大翘曲变形量由优化前的2.667 mm减少到1.032 mm。将最佳工艺参数组合应用于实际生产,产品的翘曲变形得到显著改善。%Taking melt temperature,mold temperature and packing pressure which could influence the quality of air conditioner as the design variables,warpage deformation of air conditioner panel as the objective function,an orthogonal experiment project with three factors and five levels was designed,then finite element analysis for each project was made with Moldflow software,the combination of optimal process parameters are that the melt temperature is 270℃,the mold temperature is 60℃and the packing pressure is 70 MPa. The results show that,under the combination of optimal process parameters,the maximum warpage deformation after optimization of air conditioner panel reduced from 2.667 mm(before optimization) to 1.032 mm . The combination of optimal process parameters is applied to actual production, the warpage deformation of air conditioner panel is ameliorated significantly.
