聚甲基乙烯基醚共聚马来酸在尼龙12医用导管表面改性中的研究及应用

         

摘要

With nylon 12 balloon catheter as base material,methyl vinyl ether copolymer maleic acid and poly carbodiimide were used to prepare crosslinked hydrophilic coating.The influence of the methyl vinyl ether copolymer maleic acid concentration on the coating lubrication was investigated through the determination of coefficient of friction,bibulous rate,contact angle and SEM images.The results indicate that it is possible to form lubricous and lasting surface on nylon 12 catheter by using methyl vinyl ether copolymer maleic acid and poly carbodiimide processing,and which can improve surface lubricity effectively.When the methyl vinyl ether copolymer maleic acid concentration is 0.6 g/mL,coating friction coefficient is 0.32,bibulous rate is 0.44%,and the coating water resistance is good,so the material surface lubricity is obviously improved.%以尼龙12球囊导管为基材,采用聚甲基乙烯基醚共聚马来酸和聚碳化二亚胺浸泡处理在表面制备交联的亲水涂层,通过测定摩擦系数、吸水率和接触角及扫描电子显微镜照片考察了聚甲基乙烯基醚共聚马来酸浓度对涂层润滑性、吸水性和耐水性的影响.结果表明,采用聚甲基乙烯基醚共聚马来酸和聚碳化二亚胺处理,能够在尼龙12导管表面交联形成润滑、持久的涂层,有效提高了尼龙12导管表面的润滑性.当聚甲基乙烯基醚共聚马来酸浓度为0.6 g/mL时,涂层摩擦系数为0.32,吸水率为0.44%,且此时涂层耐水性较好,涂覆亲水涂层后材料表面的润滑性明显提高.
