基于CAE热流道注塑件翘曲变形的研究

         

摘要

A plastic drawer was taken for an example,the single factor method and orthogonal method were respectively used to analyze the influence trend and degree of various parameters on warpage of the injection molded part by using Moldflow software. The experimental datas show that when the mold and melt temperature increase,the warpage increases,and when the packing pressure and packing time increase within a certain range,the warpage decreases. The order of the effect degree on the warpage is:packing time>mold temperature>packing pressure>melt temperature. According to the analysis results,the process parameters and the cooling system of the mold are optimized,so that the warpage is decreased,the ideal result is reached.%以某塑料抽屉为例,运用Moldflow软件分别以单因素法和正交法分析各参数对注塑件翘曲变形的影响趋势和程度。数据显示,注塑件翘曲变形随模具温度和熔体温度的增加而增大,保压压力、保压时间在一定范围内随其增大而减小。同时可知,保压时间对注塑件翘曲变形的影响最大,模具温度次之,保压压力再次之,熔体温度最小。根据分析结果对该注塑件成型工艺参数和模具冷却系统进行了优化,降低了翘曲变形量,达到了较为理想的效果。
