双重随机多目标优化模型在区域能源规划中的应用研究

         

摘要

传统能源储备的急剧减少,能源生产、消费过程中导致的大量污染,一直是困扰人类发展的难题.能源供应系统本身固有的复杂性和组成要素的不确定性,严重影响能源规划方案的可行性、合理性和实用性.文章创新性地开发了一个双重随机多目标优化模型.其中,规划目标包括能源供应成本和污染物排放量的最小化,系统的不确定性参数表征为双重随机变量.该模型用于区域能源规划方案的设计和制定,计算结果表明,模型可为能源供应模式的设计、环境污染控制提供很好的决策依据.%The rapid decrease in the reserve of conventional energy and pollutants emission caused by energy production and consumption always have been the issues bothering the human's development.The inherent complexities owned by energy systen and the uncertainties of system components affected the feasibility,rationality and applicability of energy planning schemes.In the paper,it innovatively developed a stochastic multi-objective optimization model involving the birandom variables,where its objective included the minimization of total energy provision costs and the minimization of the pollutants discharge;meanwhile,critical system parameters are expressed as the birandom variables.A regional energy planning system was considered as the case for designing and generating the management alternatives.The obtained solutions demonstrated that proposed model is capable of providing the decision base to the formulation of energy provision patterns and the control of environmental pollution.
