用于钢包烘烤的引射器扩压室优化研究

         

摘要

通过建立三维引射器模型,采用Fluent模拟软件对引射器进行数值模拟研究,分析引射器扩压室结构对引射器性能的影响.研究结果表明:当引射器扩压室长度为0.19 m、 扩张角度为8°时,引射性能最佳,引射系数为1.62;当引射器扩压室的长度保持不变时,一定范围内引射性能随扩张角度的增大呈下降趋势;当扩压室扩张角度保持不变时,一定范围内随着扩压室长度的减小,引射性能逐渐增强.%The numerical simulation of the ejector was carried out by using the Fluent simulation soft-ware to establish the three-dimensional ejector model.The effect of the ejector chamber on the ejector performance was analyzed.The results show that when the length of the ejector chamber is 0.19m and the expansion angle is8°, the ejection performance is the best, and the ejection coefficient is 1.62. When the length of the ejector expansion chamber is kept constant , the internal ejection properties de-crease with the increase of the expansion angle .When the expansion angle of the diffuser chamber is kept constant, the ejection performance increases with the decrease of the length of the plenum in a certain range.
