智能型双电源自动转换装置的设计

         

摘要

Introduction was made to the intelligent controller's hardware design circuit and software flowchart in a new type of intelligent dual-power automatic transfer device. The power supply of the operation mechanism adopted a permanent magnetic motor and a special transmission hole was designed in the actuating mechanism. The manual switching device connected two circuit breakers' auxiliary contacts (or alarming contact) with the corresponding shunt releases to realize electrical interlock, and the automatic switching device consisted of two circuit breakers' auxiliary contacts, alarming contacts and sensitive switches (travel switches) in their electrical operation mechanism. The device is in possession of advantages such as intelligent control, high reliability, simple operation, full protection functions and adjustable time delay.%介绍了一种新型的智能双电源自动转换装置的智能控制器的硬件设计电路及软件流程图,操作机构的动力源采用永磁电机,传动机构设计了独特的传动孔,手动切换装置利用两台断路器的辅助触头(或报警触头)与它们各自的分励脱扣器联线,实现电气联锁;自动切换装置由两台断路器的辅助触头、报警触头和它们的电动操作机构上的微动开关(行程开关)等组成。该装置具有智能控制、可靠性高、操作简单、保护功能齐全、延时时间可调等优点。
