一种Halbach永磁平面电机阵列磁场分析

         

摘要

介绍了一种应用于高精度平面电机的新型Halbach磁阵列的基本结构,并通过建立相应的解析数学模型,对此种磁阵列的磁场进行了精确的解析分析,得出了相应的解析公式。该方法能够取代繁琐耗时的三维有限元计算,并且具有精度高、易实现的特点。通过与有限元法进行比较,对比结果证明了本解析法的正确性,为高精度平面电机磁场计算提供了一定的理论基础。%Introduction was made to the fundamental structure of a new type of Halbach permanent magnet array which was applied in high accuracy planar motor and accurate analytical analysis was made to the magnet ifeld of this kind of permanent magnet array by setting up the rel-evant analytical mathematic model to get the corresponding analytical formulas. This method could replace time-consuming triaxiality ifnite ele-ment calculation with features of high accuracy and easy implementation. The results of comparison with the ifnite element method prove that this analytical method is validity, providing deifnite, theoretical basis for the calculation of high accuracy planar motor.
