配电网公用网和专用网协调规划方法及其应用

摘要

Introduction was made to a kind of public network and private network method of power distribution network. This paper analyzed the situation of public network and private network of current situation power distribution network, summarized the main existing problem, researched on the load demand factor of distribution transformer and determined the load development tendency of different load type of power distribution network users. This paper gave the private network transformation method of power distribution network and the new principle to coordinate planning the public network and private network of power distribution network. Practical application shows that this method is ad-opted to carry out coordination planning the public network and private network of power distribution network, which is able to recycle the pri-vate network resource of power distribution network effectively, raising the rate of equipment utilization in power grid and enhancing electrical network enterprise benefit.%介绍了一种配电网公用网和专用网协调规划方法。分析了目前配电网公用网和专用网情况，总结存在的主要问题，研究了配变负荷需用系数，确定不同负荷类型的配电网用户的负荷发展趋势，并给出了配电网专用网改造方法及新建原则，以便协调规划配电网公用网和专用网。实际应用表明应用此方法开展配电网公用网和专用网协调规划，能够有效回收配电网专用网资源，提高电网设备利用率，增加电网企业效益。
