Fenton-铁氧体法处理含铜模拟废水的研究

         

摘要

Fenton-ferrite process was used to treat simulated wastewater containing copper.Under the conditions of pH value 3.0,temperature 40 ℃,reaction time 10 min,H2O2 0.60 mL/L and FeSO4 · 7H2O 7.08 g/L,the removal rate of Cu2+ reached to 92.88%,and the mass concentration of residual Cu2+ was 3.56 mg/L.The optimum process conditions of Fenton method were as follows:pH value 10.0,reaction time 15 min,temperature 30 ℃,FeSO4 · 7H2O 0.154 g/L,FeCl3 · 6H2O 0.225 g/L.Under these optimum conditions,the removal rate of Cu2+ reached to 98.28%,and the mass concentration of residual Cu2+ was 0.86 mg/L,indicating that meet the requirement of discharge standard.%采用Fenton-铁氧体法处理含铜模拟废水.在pH值3.0、温度40℃、反应时间10 min、H2O2 0.60 mL/L、FeSO4.7H2O 7.08 g/L的条件下,Cu2+的去除率达到92.88%,残余Cu2+的质量浓度为3.56 mg/L.铁氧体法的最优工艺条件为:沉淀pH值10.0,反应时间15 min,温度30℃,FeSO4·7H2O 0.154 g/I,FeCl3·6H2O 0.225 g/L.在Fenton-铁氧体法的优化条件下,Cu2+的去除率达到98.28%,残余Cu2+的质量浓度为0.86mg/L,达到排放标准.
