三基色芯片白光LED光谱的光视效能研究

         

摘要

In this paper,based on white LEDs consisting of three colored LEDs,we measure the spectra as a function of temperatures.By adopting the Double Gaussian model,we simulate the measured spectra and study the variations of Scotopic/Photopic (S/P) and luminous efficacy of radiation (LER) with changes of spectral parameters.Results show that the selection of green peak wavelength is significant for obtaining high S/P light source.With the red-shift of blue peak wavelength,both S/P and LER increase.Reasonable optimization can be performed for improving both luminous and vision qualities.While the ful-width at half-maxima (FWHM) varies,the more changes of luminous efficacies can be found for blue and red color than that for green.Furthermore,the temperature-sensitivity characteristics of S/P and LER for white LEDs have also been carried out.Opposite trends of them can be found.%该文测量了基于三基色芯片的白光LED光谱及其随温度的变化,提出利用双高斯模型拟合测量光谱,并基于此研究了光谱参数变化对光视效能如S/P与LER参数的影响规律。结果表明,三基色白光LED中绿光波长的选取对于获得高S/P光源最为重要,蓝光峰值波长红移引起S/P和LER的同时上升,适度优化对同时获得高光学质量和高视觉质量有益,蓝光和红光半高宽变化较绿光而言对光视效能的影响更加明显。同时,该文还研究了S/P和LER的温度敏感特性,发现S/P和LER随温度变化呈相反变化趋势。
