航天器电子产品用板间电连接器典型失效模式研究

         

摘要

随着航天器电子产品的小型化和轻量化,板间连接器被广泛应用,以取代传统的板间飞线,实现无引线机箱。无引线机箱具有体积小、质量轻、生产周期短、工艺一致性好、可维修性好和可靠性高等优点。但是,板间连接器的应用将原有飞线连接的软连接方式改变为硬连接,可能带来电连接器的接触失效等概率增加。系统介绍了板间电连接器的三种典型失效模式的原因,为有效避免板间电连接器的失效提供参考。%With the development of the Miniaturization and lightweight of spaceflight electronic products, various PCB electrical connectors have been used to replace of wire to realize wireless. Wireless electronic products have some advantages, such as lightweight, miniaturization, high consistency, high reliability, short process period, easy reparability, and so on. However, the application of PCB electrical connectors forms hard-connection, which may raise the failure probability. Systemically introduce the reason and mechanism of three kinds of failure modes, which can guide avoiding the failure of PCB electrical connectors.
