This paper introduces a method for processing high accuracy non-rotating,L-step on lens. This method made full use of the functions of optical programmed processing equipment of prism milling & grinding machine. With outside circle edge and surface of diamond wheel, and by reasonable design process clip and programming skill.it effectively solved the problems of part cliping and non-conventional operating, and implemented the processing of lens high accuracy non-rotating L-step gap on lens.%介绍了一种在光学透镜上加工非回转对称、高精度L型台阶的方法.该方法巧妙开发了现有光学数控设备棱镜铣磨机的功能,同时利用金刚石磨轮的外圆及端面,并通过设计合理的工装夹具及编程技巧,有效解决了零件的装央问题及设备非常规状态下的正常运行,实现了在光学透镜上加工出非回转对称、高精度L型缺口台阶.
