电真空热管热水锅炉控制器的研究

摘要

To achieve real-time control of the electrical vacuum heat pipe boiler and make the boiler more energy-saving and practicable, a multifunctional controller of electrical vacuum heat pipe boiler was designed. The controller system is composed of AT89C51 microcontroller, digital temperature sensor DS18B20 and speech chip ISD1420, it transfers information by telephone line and intercourse between user and system is performed under the voice prompt. The controller can set and control the temperature of the boiler at any time when it is necessary and alarm telephone number also can be set. It is proved that the controller can detect and control the current of the electrical vacuum heat pipe and achieve switching of heating modes. The controller has characteristics of remote temperature control and remote telephone alerting.%为了实现对电真空热管热水锅炉的实时控制,使它更节能、实用,设计了多功能电真空热管热水锅炉控制器。该控制器系统由AT89C51单片机、数字温度传感器DS18B20、语音芯片ISD1420等组成,采用电话线传输信息,在语音提示下进行用户和系统之间的交流,可随时对锅炉进行温度设定与控制、并且可设定报警电话。实践证明,该控制器可对电真空热管的电流进行检测与控制并可实现供热方式的切换,具有远程温度控制、远程电话报警等特点。
