建立脊髓损伤病人手动轮椅推进力的生物力学模型可行性分析

         

摘要

推进轮椅所带来的机械应力可能对手动轮椅使用者造成更加严重的伤害,因为过度使用关节的前端而不是后端肌肉会导致肌肉失衡。轮椅的驱动技术并不是很重要,也没有技术可以测量。我们所做的工作是用一个轮椅测力计和有17级转动自由度的生物力学模型,在推进过程中将动力参数分配给实验主体,这些自由度涉及到传感器连接的肩膀,胳膊肘,手腕关节,传感器都与确定的解剖部位相连。Visual C++做出的实时可视化3D骨骼模型可以反馈每一个解剖部位的动作,包括反映角度,速度和每个关节运动加速情况并制成数据图表。%the wheelchair brought about by the mechanical stress may cause more serious damage to the manual wheelchair users,because the front the excessive use of joints and not on the back muscles can cause muscle imbalance.Wheelchair driving technology is not very important,no technology can measure.The work we have done is to use a wheelchair ergometers and had a magnitude of 17 degrees of freedom rotation biomechanical model,in promoting the dynamic parameters of process will be assigned to experimental subject,these degrees of freedom related to the sensor is connected with the shoulder,elbow,wrist,sensors are connected with the anatomic site determined.Real time visualization of 3D skeleton model Visual made by C++ can feedback each anatomic site of action,including the reflection angle,velocity and acceleration of each joint motion and made data chart.
